I cannot rate the service and local knowledge highly enough. Open discussions were held prior to the sale and a plan for a successful sale mapped out. I was kept informed of every detail and my input was always welcome and respected. The materials prepared for sale were first class and everything was completed on time and of very high quality. Ryan and Will were at all the open days and very professional with their approach and dealings with potential buyers. I was always informed of the results of the open days and of potential buyers and repeat visitors. Once the initial offer came in Ryan worked hard to get a better deal and was successful with this as well.
