From the start, due to a short and tight marketing period before Christmas, Stuart was confident of his plan and that we would sell. He kept in touch and advised outcome of all open houses along with number of potential buyers. Very professional thank you Stuart. Also assisting tremendously in arranging the tradesmen for the urgent repairs and maintenance prior to the sale was Bianca and we thank her for her efforts as well. Overall we cannot fault Stuart and his team with the sale of our unit to which I have a very sentimental connection to as it has been in the family for over 40 years, with this being the first time on the open market.
