Terry is a fully Licensed Estate Agent and has worked in the real estate industry now for in excess of 22 years making him arguably one of the most experienced and sought after agents in the Diamond Valley. Terry’s local knowledge is complemented by a wealth of experience in the commercial and industrial sector allowing him to deliver successful results for his clients. His impressive work ethic, determination and easy going personality have made him a popular figure with both colleagues and clients alike, Terry loves the day-to-day challenge that real estate presents, and takes pride in achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients. He excelled in sport in general and played for and coached Dimboola in both football and cricket. He represented the Wimmera in football, and when he moved to Melbourne he played in the Essendon District Football League. Terry also excelled in rowing, representing Victoria several times, winning State and National titles. In the Diamond Valley he played for and coached both Diamond Creek and Greensborough in cricket. Like all successful sportspeople, he is goal oriented and thrives on a challenge. Cool as a cucumber – that’s how we would describe Rochelle Archibald! Rochelle is a big believer in keeping a cool head under pressure, and this has seen her career go from strength to strength as she has navigated through roles in administration, reception and now property management. “I take a level-headed approach to all situations, and I believe that effective communication and a sensible approach to matters really helps build trust.” Originally from Sydney, Rochelle has been relishing Melbourne life since 2016. She loves meeting new tenants and landlords, and works hard to establish long-term, quality relationships with them. Rochelle is really valued within our team for her positive approach to life and her ability to cope in any situation. Outside of work time she doesn’t mind diving into the world of online gaming, and can also be found most weekends at the Latrobe market seeking out a good coffee and her favourite falafel wrap!

And furthermore I take every challenge as an opportunity to improve.” Tamara has a long history of work in customer service and management which she brings to us here at Buckingham and Company. She prides herself on effectively assessing the needs of her clients, and then swiftly taking the necessary action. She’s a bit of a foodie and also indulges in furniture restoration projects when time allows. Exceeding expectations is Tamara’s jam!
