Top Notch Service

In the years that we have used Buckingham & Co to manage our property we have always been pleased with the level of service we have received. The standard has however risen over time (I can only assume due to refined staff training) to the point that our current property manager Jarrod is simply oustanding. Attentiveness, advice and communication are all 5 star levels. In short I highly recommend Buckingham & Co to anyone looking for a company to manage their investment property.

Prioritize tenant needs over landlord preferences

A highly not recommended property management agent. Landlord pays $1500-2000 agent management fee a year. When there is renter issue causing landlord pain, this agent only protects renter even it's clear renter's fault. From landlord perspective, the service is totally not value for money.

Highly professional with extensive knowledge and experience!

We have been renting out our property through Buckingham & Company for over a year now, and I can honestly say that after 15 years as a landlord (using another agency) we have never had better service and never seen this level of professionalism before. We initially signed up with Bianca, who is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and experienced. Rochelle is our property manager; she is very responsive, highly professional and will go to great lengths to assist as much as possible. I would absolutely recommend the team at Buckingham & Company over and above anyone else currently in this industry.

Professional, knowledgeable, streamlined

The Buckinghams team made this rental process so easy and streamlined. Making a daunting process for a first time landlord a smooth easy and comforting process. The knowledge Bianca has and her communication skills is flawless. Another highlight for me was the online form management programs that Buckinghams use is fantastic and streamlined.
