Real estate agents do attract a certain stereotype (I.e. sharks!) and I was feeling apprehensive about engaging an agent to sell our place - meeting as many as four to be sure! Both Stuart and Emma were genuine, down to earth, and relatable making me feel instantly at ease in ready to jump aboard the selling train. I always believe that under promising and over delivering is the way to go, and in this case Stuart and Emma were the only agents that didn’t promise the record sales result as the expectation, just simply said it’s a possibility. I appreciated this honesty and with my strong interest in following real estate results , it was indeed true - a possibility not a guarantee (a green flag from the get go). On the day, the overall campaign strategy was a success and yet again Buckingham had over delivered a great result that I don’t believe many other agents would have been able to intentionally pull off. As well as getting the result, Stuart and Emma are able to engage with buyers making them feel like valued clients as well…not just numbers on a list. They are able bring the very personal nature to the task of buying and selling homes, respecting the process in a way bulk agents are often not able to do. An example of this, is on the day of auction and sale, our buyers had many extended family members show up wanting to have a look at their new home purchase. We said to them and Emma, we are happy to go out and give you all some time here…Emma was more than happy to accomodate, to hang back, lock up when finished and simply not rush everyone out the door. This is one of the many points of difference of what a boutique agency such as Buckingham is able of offer. Stuart and Emma are the perfect combination of masculine and feminine energy.
