We chose Stuart to sell our house because he came with a very good knowledge of the area. He grew up here and knows the people, the businesses and the value of property. When he came to the house initially he provided a very good 'spiel' on how the marketing would go and did not promise any particular price, which others had done and can get you in with false hopes. The open house days were well organised and he contacted many people off the books before we went to sale to garner as much interest as possible. The team was excellent with special mention for Kylie Pascetta, who kept us in the loop and was happy to help with any enquiry we had. We were happy with the price we achieved. Stuart was a good auctioneer and he read the crowd well. We recommend him without reservation.

Ryan was very diligent and persistent in our dealings, if only the vendor new how hard he worked to get a better price for them. He spent time following up on items that were taken by the vendor and finally retrieved some of them, maybe this should have been set out more clearly in the contract and the vendors advised they could not remove "fixtures and fittings". If we had done a final inspection on the morning of settlement it would not have proceeded.
