About David

David, along with his family, has lived in the Shire his entire life. He attended De La Salle Colleges Caringbah and Cronulla. David is into many sports and hobbies and is actively involved in surf lifesaving, football, swimming and athletics. David married in March 2001 and with his wife Lisa, daughter Tahlia, and sons Zayne & Jayden, resides in Caringbah. Having joined the Burke Property Agents team in 1996, David has experience in all aspects of real estate, now specialising in residential sales. He believes there is a lot of emotion in buying and selling real estate, and he enjoys making this process easier for his clients through commitment, service and honesty. Although David is a Director of the Company, he personally handles all sales whether it is a 1 bedroom unit or a waterfront home. David’s auction clearance rate is a staggering 98% and he is always striving to achieve the best result for his clients

Personable and Knowledgeable

Brilliant Agent

This is our eighth dealing (selling) with Real estate Agents and the team from Burke Property are undoubtedly the best David Kennedy and his assistant Caetlyn were great in every possible way. Knows what’s needed

David was very helpful to us throughout what could have been a very daunting process. He was aware of the need to maximise the potential of our property by suggesting an excellent stylist who we would also recommend. David kept very regular contact with us throughout the time our property was on the market, which as first time sellers we appreciated immensely. The auctioneer he engaged & the timing of the auction suggested by David was also a very useful selling point.
