Terrific Experience

From start to finish David Kennedy made the whole process of selling our Cronulla unit simple and easy , his professionalism exceeded our expectations From the many update calls letting me know exactly where we stood and all the feedback from potential buyers to the final payout of the deposit taken. Selling our place

Selling our flat with Chris Burke was the right decision to make. Not only was David Kennedy very professional, he was also friendly and approachable. His estimation on our flat was spot on. Extremely Professional

David has a very easy and personal manner that gives you trust in his views regarding marketing for a property. After speaking with a few different agents we knew that David was definitely the person we wanted to put our trust in. Our property didn’t fit the normal 2 bedroom unit making for a difficult price point. The other difficulty was that we were going to be away for the auction. David sat down with us and made sure that every scenario was covered. We found David to be an excellent communicator, contacting us after every viewing and updating potential buyers feedback. We have told friends of our seamless experience in selling our property. Should we need to deal with a realest agent in the future we would not hesitate in engaging David’s services again.
