David was hands down the best agent we have ever work with and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Even all the trades we worked with and anyone in the industry that we came across mentioned, unprompted, that David is solid and trustworthy. I think that speaks volumes about a persons character. His proven track record (he understands the Cronulla market in particular very well) and years of experience under his belt - could be felt through the whole process. He had practical and knowledgeable (non pushy) advice which was always welcome. David was also fair, diligent and forthcoming and our family felt we got the best result possible for our sale. We will definitely engage him again with any future endeavours whether buying or selling.
