I would recommend David as he appears to throw everything into the sale.

David was enthusiastic in selling our house, he advertised in the appropriate places and all his suggestions on what to do and how to do it appealed to us, although our house did not sell at auction David continued to work on those who were interested and eventually (5 weeks) closed the deal. We were happy with the price and our arrangement with David which he honoured. My wife and I would recommend David as an agent to Buy or Sell property for us or our friends which we have already done
