Burleigh apartment speedy sale

We recently signed up Joel to sell our apartment in Burleigh. Within days he had a number of buyers view the apartment, with an offer following shortly after. Joel listened to the price we needed and negotiated on our behalf, to get the buyer to increase their offer twice. The sale went through without a hitch.
