I found Brad to be a great agent,I was a "nervous" vendor but Brad always had the answers ,always returned calls, always there when he said he would be.I would highly recommend him to anyone.

As a buyer, we found it hard to find a hand full of real estate agents that we liked. Brad Archer and his team was in that hand full. Not pushy, not demanding and able to do the basics that a buyer wants, to be able to give a background on the property and provide information when requested.There are so many agents just sell a house, but don't take the time to know the properties they sell, or the area. Only frustration was that it was hard to get a price range for a pending Auction.

I can not speak highly enough of Craig Burns, from start to finish he made everything easy for the sale of our house. Our house had not even hit the market before it was sold.
