We recently signed up with Ryan to sell our house. What started out to be a very exciting time soon changed to disappointment and frustration. When the photos went live I had to call him to inform that the floor plan was wrong then again with the aerial view, the landmarks were wrong. On our first open house we went for a walk and on our return I realised that he was on the driveway throughout the open home, not inside. (36 groups when through). When I addressed my concerns about having an agent inside so dishonest people don't have an opportunity to search around for anything of value, his reply was "This is the way I work, and I do get everyone's details". I doubt if something went missing, they'd own up to it if you rang them. (If they give correct details). For the next open home and I requested two agents, 1 on the driveway and 1 inside roaming around answering questions and selling the house. The day arrived and I was pleased to see the 2 agents. Once again, we went for a walk. I looked at the security cameras, we had people roaming through the house and into the backyard. I looked out the front and couldn't believe it, 2 agents on the driveway for the opening 10 minutes until I sent Ryan a txt message. When we returned, I let him know my disappointment with both agents on the driveway. He denied this and said there was 1 inside at all times. I reminded him about the security cameras. Moving forward we accepted our absolute minimum because we couldn't trust him to get a better price. We had 4 offers and he wasn't telling the interested parties the highest offer to beat, just letting them put in an offer. You can read the full review on google via his website.
