Mick helped me out during a family crisis, which I did not expect him to do, he organised things which meant I could concentrate on the health of a family member in Hospital. He is extremely, genuine, caring and sincere. If you have an issue he is always available to assist you. He is very knowledgeable, affable and friendly. I would recommend Mick if you are: looking to buy, sell or rent a property he is the man to get in contact with. Nothing seems to much trouble for him to take on, on behalf of his clients. Mick was so accommodating in working around my needs of viewing time and dates. He understood what I was looking for but also showed me alternative options which I would have never considered. But in the end went with the property I fell in love with. He worked well with both me and the vendor negotiating a deal that worked for both of us. I never felt pressured, he also went that extra mile helping me find property inspectors and pest inspectors. It was a very good experience no usually found when dealing in property. Also his staff have been very capable and pleasant to deal with. He should be very proud of becoming the principal and owner of Butterfield Property and what he has been able to achieve so far.
