With a regrettable sale it was nice to find an agent who understood our needs and helped to make the sale as easy a transition as possible, Mick was always available with answers to our questions and was understanding to our requirement and the requirements of our purchase buyer which I believe helped both sides have a satisfactory outcome. He went that extra mile, if he didn't know the answer to one of our questions he would investigate it further and let us know the answer as soon as he did. He also was very easy to communicate with, if he'd missed one of our calls and just left a message at the office he would usually get back to us that day or the very next day.
