We found Melisa Ashton's market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism very helpful. We do not live at the coast so our dealings had to all be by telephone and e-mail. At any time we needed to ask about marketing the property Melisa was available to speak with and offered good advice. She was very helpful with advice as to how to complete all the paper work that was necessary for the property to be sold. The property has been sold in a short time from when it was listed and arrangements for settlement have been made in a manner that is satisfactory to both parties.
