Fantastic agent, with great service

Brett Phelan did an excellent job of selling our late mothers house! Lots of open for inspections with great feedback. Even though we didn’t sell on the Saturday auction day he followed up the interested parties and we sold the property for above reserve the following Monday! Well done Brett 😃👍

A great, personal experience, end to end
We sold and bought with Brett. He made both experiences seamless, kept us informed, was honest and help guide us through the available choices. He had an extensive network of contacts to help present and stage our home so it looked its best. Brett also provided great aftercare, for all those minor things we forgot along the way! We're very happy in our new home, but if we were selling or buying in East Malvern again, Brett would be our first call.

Great agent I ever met
Brett is very hardworking, well communication, professionalisms and confident. Many agents are full of hot air. After signed the contact with them and they tend to forget most of the things they promised but Brett kept it and always follow up the status. He is a real agent and do the extra. Really appreciated!

Made interstate sale easier.
Joy remained positive but realistic during the sales process. Initially the estimated sale price was higher, but in a tricky market it was re-evaluated before advertising and the sale price ended up right in the middle of the estimate. I didn't meet Joy until the day before the auction as I live interstate, but on the day I found the whole team very professional and it was clear she had done a good job.
