I emailed Sarah-Jane in need of a rental property in a specific region of Ballarat where I wanted to live and was quickly replied to with 4 different addresses. I chose the one I was interested in and was shown through that day by Katelyn. I was sent the application forms to fill in and three days later I was approved.
