As we mentioned the collection of 2 weeks rent & bond is standard practice across the industry. You may recall receiving a welcome pack email from our agency initially when lease agreements were signed which contained the breakdown of the money we required you to pay to secure the tenancy.
I have raised your concerns with the team members involved in your on boarding and how they made you feel.
