Buxton Ballarat helped lease this property

Fastest and Excellent Service

I recently had the opportunity to rent a house through Buxton Ballarat, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. After viewing the property on Saturday, I submitted my application the very next day. Initially, I was concerned about our lack of rental history, which could hinder our chances in such a competitive market, especially during the busy Christmas season. However, Brylee Chaffey, the Buxton agent, was incredibly supportive and provided valuable guidance on how to strengthen our application. Trusting her advice made all the difference. To our delight, my husband and I were selected by the owner according to Ben. We signed the contract on Wednesday and moved into our new home the following Saturday. The entire process was seamless, and we couldn't be happier with the outcom. Ben was hands on doing the entire process. 👏👏👏 Thank you, Buxton Ballarat, for making our dream of renting a home a reality in just one week!
