We built this third house with JGKing Homes at Smythes Creek. Once everything is sorted out, like design, price, and variations (if any), then it is smooth sailing without any stress. We also found that they built our houses relatively fast. They regularly sent us photos of the progress and kept us updated by emails and phone calls.
