Michael was wonderful to deal with. We spoke on the phone 6 months prior to listing my home for sale as it was tenanted and Michael offered some advice on what i could do to improve the value of my home. When it came time to sell, Michael remembered who i was and the situation i was in. During the appraisal, Michael worked to understand what was important to me and had valuable market insights. He was professional and recommended a strategy based on what works well in that area. And boy did it work!! My home was listed for 6 days and i had received multiple offers and accepted an offer above asking price.
