Peter was great to deal with and delivered on everything he promised. Peter sold our property within a week of it being advertised for the asking price, all during the COVID restrictions. His communication and advice was great and we would highly recommend Peter to anyone looking to sell a property in the Ballarat region.

Great First Buying Experience The house we purchased has tenants currently living in it Mark was very reassuring and had great communication between us and the tenants in regards to us wanting to live in the house We settled on a price straight away and Mark was very honest in what price range the owner was seeking, so it was a smooth transition. We have asked for a sold sticker to go on the properties sign 3 weeks ago an no sticker is yet to be seen Other then that was a very pleasant first experience of buying a house

Mark's knowledge of the local market was second to none. As we started building our investment property prior to the Covid 19 shut down, we were nervous coming into the period when we would be ready to sell, and unsure about selling in an unknown market. Mark gave us the confidence to go to market and worked hard to get us an great result in a challenging period. Thanks to Mark and the team at Buxton Ballarat.
