Mark recently sold a property for us. Throughout the process ( all of 2 weeks on the market) Mark kept us informed and was very positive. Not being from Ballarat, we let Mark with his vast knowledge and experience of the local market, set the price for our property and although I wasn’t as optimistic as Mark that he could achieve the price he quoted and in a timely manner, I was pleasantly surprised that he managed to do both. Brayden did a great job for us as purchasers, especially with the final inspection. With the guidance a bit unclear as to final inspections under Stage 4 restrictions, Brayden offered a virtual final inspection by videoconference. This was conducted in a meticulous manner, we were satisfied with the condition of the property, and a metro to regional trip was avoided.
