Real Estate Agents are a dime a dozen, however Peter is a diamond. We have looked at many properties and dealt with a lot of agents over the years. We found a lot of agents wouldn't take us as serious buyers, took us being comfortable in tracksuit pants as not serious buyers, and us being a little rough around the edges as time wasters. Peter never made us felt like this, ever! He went out of his way to accomadate our requirement traveling from Melbourne to Ballarat to view and re-view the house at a time convenient to us, he communicated each step of the way with us. However the biggest thing, was he involved all of us, including our children, picked up on what was important to us as a whole family, and also individually. Michael is what all agents should aspire to be; Punctual, Knowledgeable, Courteous and Honest. From our first meeting I knew we had a great agent. He showed up exactly when he said he would, was well prepared with local market knowledge and he knew the area well. His valuation was spot on (he didn't inflate the market price to get the job). Not long after we signed the contract he had arranged for photos to be taken and our home was listed for sale. All arrangements were done working around us, not the other way around. Michael's communication was impeccable, he would always call us to let us know when someone was interested in viewing our home (serious buyers only, no time wasters) then afterwards he would let us know how it went. We only had a few inspections before we received an offer that we were happy with and contracts were signed. Overall we are more than impressed with Michael, we have sold two properties in the past (through a different agency) and only wish that we had Michael working for us on those occasions too.
