Honest , patient and responsive
Cade helped me from June 2025 to Dec 2025 to find a home for me. I wanted a period home and he had many showings with me on multiple properties. He was respectful, patient and very responsive. I enquired with other companies too but decided to stick with Cade and Buxton Real Estate. Cade and 2 other agents from Buxton ( Caleb and Tim) were the most professional. Peter and his team worked very hard to produce an excellent marketing campaign. The timing to sell wasn't great for us as the market was in a bit of a downturn but still they managed to have many successful open inspections. After a few discussions and low ball offers, they introduced a serious buyer with an exceptional offer and got us a sale.
