We had a great experience selling our house with Buxton Ballarat. The communications and dialogue between us was honest and direct and all aspects of the selling process were fully and clearly explained to us. Although our main contacts were with a director and a sales agent, the entire Buxton sales team (12 or more) visited the property and were made aware of the listing. Could not be happier with the result that we achieved on our property. Spoke to several agents before deciding who to go with. Mark strongly recommended that our property should be taken to Auction; given the style and location. This was contradictory to the advice from other agents. How happy we were that we took marks advice and went with him! He auctioned the house himself and did an unbelievable job. The house sold for more than $80K above our reserve, in what could only be described as an incredible result. If we had have taken one of the offers another agent provided us with, we would have been $90K worse off!!
