Liam was very professional, kept me updated at all times with regular phone calls, texts and emails. It took a little while to sell my property but he stuck to the price range and persevered. He worked hard, created a lot of interest and conducted a lot of open inspections and we ended up with a fair price, that I was happy with. I know of a few other locals who also had Liam as their agent, and they spoke very highly of him also.

Mark Nunn and the team at Buxton Ballarat recently sold my unit in Mount Clear, and the whole process couldn't of went any better! The appraised price was spot-on for that type of property and Mark and the team then went about marketing on the NET as well as a couple of strategically placed newspaper adverts.
