Working with Peter Burley was an excellent experience. If I used any more adjectives it would sound to good to be true. Peter's knowledge of the market, local but also outside of Ballarat was top level. Communication, Well we all know the agent that says Yes, Yes, Yes and nothing happens!! Not here. With Peter you get the real facts. Couldn't have wanted or needed better communication. Peter's Credibility - absolutely a YES! Peter has done a number of appraisals for me over the years and that why I listed the property with him. Negotiation was excellent. Peter spoke to us all the way. He told us our options and we were able to find out what potential buyers thought of the property and how many positive buyers from an open house etc. Also his negotiations with buyers was excellent from our point of view. Overall I was absolutely glad I listed with Peter and team at Buxton in Ballarat. Peter went above and beyond to keep us in the loop with everything along the way. From the very first meeting Peters passion and knowledge for real estate was evident. His commitment to getting the sale at the best price for us was second to none. When another real estate under quoted value of property Peter scoffed and said “I can get more than that” and he in fact did!!!
