Peter was great to deal with from start to finish when selling my house. His proposed pricing was spot on for what the house eventually sold for and was always prompt with returning calls and answering any questions I had during the whole process. Open homes were run without any problems and I was given extensive feedback after every one. Would highly recommend Peter and Buxton Ballarat.

Peter is a pleasure to deal with - consistently friendly, professional and transparent. Communications during the sale process were excellent and always timely. We would certainly return to Peter as first option to manage any future business on our behalf.

Peter was fantastic to deal with. After needing to switch agencies, Peter rebuilt our faith in real estate agents. Peter was honest, transparent, and easy to work with. It really was a pleasure working with him to sell our house.

I chose Buxton because of their good reputation. I managed to get one of their best agents, Joel Williamson, to assist me with the sale of my home. At all times Joel was very professional, and always managed to answer my questions with care and compassion, his knowledge of the area was great, therefore he strove to get the best price and buyers for my house. I have no hesitation recommending Joel to everyone. He not only managed to guide me through the sale quickly but he also managed to get a price well above the asking price, which was no easy feat in this current financial climate. Thanks Joel

We had such a good experience with selling our investment property. We were not from the area, so it was stress free to have James taken care of everything. Our property sold within a week with James advice and we were so glad because we really needed to offload financially. We are really grateful to James and his team. Thank you
