Our whole experience of the sale of our home was handled by Andreana, plus her team and her contacts. We were beautifully looked after and kept in close contact as the process unfolded. Andreana was able to keep us calm, which is a great skill. We felt we were in safe hands, and that’s how it turned out. We have engaged Andreana’s services in the past with a previous house sale, which went smoothly, so of course we asked her again to look after us again. Extremely happy.

Chris helped us sell our late father's house recently. He showed professionalism and compassion throughout the entire process. He was clear at all times on our situation and was able to achieve a decent result in a declining market.

Peter has been amazing to deal with, especially for our first home! Couldn’t be more grateful to have someone in charge of helping us with our very own home and to have someone who takes so much pride in his work. A huge Thankyou to Peter and the team at Buxton Real Estate!

Chris was thorough and honest in his preparation for the sale of our property. He presented plenty of well researched factors in how to price and set up the house to sell, and his communication was prompt at all times. Chris was always pleasant to deal with and genuinely cared that both the buyers and vendors achieved the best outcome.

I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents over the years and Andreana has topped them all by far. She achieved the best price in a slightly declining market. Very impressed. Always kept in touch very informative would absolutely highly recommend Andreana to sell anything. I thank you very much for the smooth transition.

We would highly recommend Peter to anyone considering selling their property! He was easily contactable, kept us informed and provided us information when needed. He helped us through a really difficult rental/landlord experience with another Ballarat real estate company and we really valued his expertise and assistance during this process. Overall, we can't thank all of the staff at Buxton enough for a great experience and would happily use them again in the future. Thanks to Pete and the team!
