I received three agents advice prior to selecting, however Brayden took more time to discuss my personal requirements and kept me well informed regarding inspections and access given I was interstate for the sale period. James and Brayden walked the exterior of the property and sought all relevant addtional information on the property [ phased power and renovation history...this was not asked by other visiting agents therefore provided confidence they would highlight the attirbutes of the home].
