I appreciate Simon’s professionalism and helpfulness throughout the purchase process, from viewing to settlement of the property. Simon provided professional advice and worked with the property management team to help me to lease the property even before the settlement date. Thank you Simon and the entire Buxton Benleigh team!

2 for 2! Simon nailed the sale of our 2nd townhouse in what I’d say is a challenging market.

Simon has sold two properties for me in the last year and I have been delighted with both sales. He is a great negotiator, has a wealth of industry knowledge and is flawless in communicating how the campaign is progressing. He is amazingly hard working, good fun and a very kind soul. If I had a third property to sell I know he would make it a hat trick! I don’t … but if you are selling you can trust his very safe pair of hands.
