Simon knows the market very well and is thorough. He answered any questions I had and if he didn’t know the answer at the time he would always find out for me and get straight back to me. He made sure that I was informed every step of the way. His confidence at what he does really shines through and he goes the extra mile for his clients.

Simon is the ultimate professional. This is the second time he has assisted me with a property sale. He kept me constantly up to date throughout the sale process, didn’t give me unrealistic expectations and achieved my asking price. For anyone who is looking to sell I would highly recommend Simon!
