I had met Simon on a number of occasions at different open for inspections. The houses were lovely but not right for us. Simon asked a lot of questions to find out what we were looking for and called out of the blue with a house that was yet to be marketed. He gave us the opportunity to view the house prior to being advertised and it was perfect for us.
