We recently sold my parents family home in a cooling market. Simon and Buxtons were totally across what we should expect for the home. Of course we would have liked more but in the end they were correct. We agreed a strategy to sell the property and followed this through to the end. Interest in the property was minimal but within a couple of months we had one acceptable offer which was enough ! The property sold on 60 day terms.
