You don't often deal with Real Estate Agents. However when interviewing potential agents to sell my mother's home, Angelo Nikitas stood out. He was not full of himself, not over bearing, and did not promise us the earth. He came across as a genuine and honest person. When we engaged him, he was true to his word. What he promised, he delivered. Throughout the campaign he kept us informed at all times. He would ring after each OFI with details of how many groups, comments on pricing etc. At the pre auction day meeting with my family, he presented details of all potential buyers and his perceived expectation. On auction day he excelled. Not only did he get the price we were after, he got as much as he could out of the bidders. Angelo is friendly, honest and caring. We thank him most sincerely for his efforts.

All I have to say about Simon is very positive. He is very good at his job, very professional and always punctual. He knows what he's doing and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
