Whilst doing some research about the townhouse market in Bentleigh I came across Simon at a couple of properties similar to my own. He presented very well, was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour too. He was the first agent to contact me after the weekend and I invited him and two other agents to suggest a way forward regarding selling my property. Although all three agents did a very good job, I chose Simon as he impressed me the most with well-planned campaign, great professionalism and great advice on how to sell the property. Simon was extremely effective all the way through the campaign, with great attention to detail and fantastic communication too. Although he is a really busy agent, he never missed a beat! I haven't dealt with Simon before. Simon was introduced to me by his Buxton colleague Matthew Pillios. Simon has greatly impressed me with his knowledge of the market, communication and negotiation skills. By applying right strategy and "fine tuning" it through out the campaign, he managed to gather a large group of prospective buyers and to keep them keen all the way to the auction. Well over twelve months ago we purchased our current house from Simon. We found him to be attentive courteous and honest. He was in regular contact even after the sale. In June of 2016 we found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having a settlement fall through. We approached Simon to assist in the re-sale of the property. His approach was straight forward and understanding. We were in a difficult position. He provided an accurate and honest valuation. He has great communication skills and is damn good at his job. Simon is a hard worker. It's tough to find a real estate agent you trust, fortunately we have one. He is highly recommended.
