Ivan sold my unit in Centre Road Bentleigh in September 2015. I found Ivan to be reliable, informative, and quoted a range that proved accurate. He recommended the open times for the demographic the unit would interest, and accordingly arranged those times. Whenever a private listing was sought, Ivan attended. He communicated well throughout the process, keeping me up to date, with attendances and interest level. The unit was passed in at auction, but sold on the same day. An identical unit was sold in the same complex a month or so later, for $17,500 below what Ivan was able to achieve for me. I would highly recommend Ivan, mainly for his integrity, reliability, and keeping things real.

We bought the property in late 2012 through Simon at our first time inspection. During the 3 year living there, we keep receiving market wrap of the surrounding properties from Simon in a courtesy way. Our pruchase anniversaires were also kindly noted and reminded by Simon. And we sometimes see him working nearby with smile and confidence. Beacuse of the long term frequent communication and focusing, we decided choose Buxton and Simon again to sell our property. Although we had the disadvantage of the back unit being sold at an extraordinarily low price because of vendor's individual propblems, Simon and James still successfully sold it at a quite good price though prompt and effective negotiations and extra inspection openings. The best thing I valued about Simon and James is that they never pushed us to close the deal and always willing to give another try. We feel we are every well respected throughout the whole process. I would like to make you aware of the excellent service I received from Buxton Bentleigh and in particular Mr Andrew Chisolm with the sales process for my property in Ormond. I am located in Sydney however I owned the property in Ormond and could not be on hand locally to manage some basic renovations and to arrange contractors. I contacted Andrew and the rest was simple! He took total management control by arranging for your team of contractors to quote and undertake various home improvements and have them done within budget and also by the time stated. I received constant updates but never felt annoyed and the result of the renovation and having the house ready for sale was just magnificent as all I had to do was approve and pay. Andrew managed this and the sales process and provided again feedback from open viewings. I attended the auction and we agreed on a sales price target that was surpassed through the professionalism of his auction skills.
