The stylists he recommended made such a dollar difference on day of auction; apparently the highest selling house in the street ever! I first met Steven through an acquaintance. He was very well groomed, communicate clearly and politely. I signed the appointment agreement with him on the spot. Steven and his company came up with a marketing plan very quickly, mindful of the changing market conditions and any possible adverse impact of the looming general election. Steven and his team managed to put the house on auction a week before election. I was impressed by the soft spoken Steven who turned out to be a very focused, forceful and charming auctioneer.
