We recently sold our property in Brighton and achieved a record result for the development. We actually purchased it through Halli Moore & then used him to sell it for us. We have worked with him on both sides of property equation & recommend him highly. From a sellers perspective he kept us informed about interest in the property throughout the marketing campaign & advised us regarding dressing of the property for sale. Super easy to deal with & he does what he says he will do which is refreshing. On the day of the auction Halli was brilliant, there was no pressure at all and the volume of bidders was testament to the job he did during the lead up to auction day. From a purchasers perspective he was great to deal with! Halli arranged access prior to settlement and connected us with the sellers so they could show us how to use all of the electronics in the property. Small things but they make a difference. Super professional & he knows the bayside market extremely well. His best quality in our view is his ability to build relationships with buyers & sellers without all of the "smooze & palarver" that some agents go on with.
