I would recommend and use Guy St Leger again!

Guy St Leger was an excellent local bayside agent. Great local knowledge, accurate and sensible valuation appraisal and provided excellent communication during the sale campaign. Also developed for us an effective marketing / selling campaign including arranging to stage the property. On the day of auction Guy negotiated a great result for us with the interested buyers. I would recommend and use Guy again in any property matter. Super nice guy and easy to get along with.
