Review of our recent sale through Buxton Brighton.

It is indeed a pleasure to be able to comment on the performance of Buxton Brighton in the recent sale of our house. Without exception, our dealings with Buxton Brighton, in particular with both Stefan Whiting and John Clarkson have been absolutely outstanding. From our first meeting with Stefan, we were advised on how to present our property for sale, the best time to sell the property and an honest appraisal of the property. Throughout the campaign we were kept up to date with perspective buyers and their thoughts on the property, the condition of the house, and meetings with Stefan and John in the lead up to the auction. The level of professionalism from everyone at Buxton Brighton has been exemplary, culminating with a very successful auction last Saturday, and a result better than expected. Thank you to all of those people at Buxton Brighton that we met, and to those that work hard behind the scenes. We could not speak more highly of Buxton Brighton, and will now seek their advice on the purchase of our new property in our "Down sizing" phase.
