Selling with Andrew Campbell & Buxton Brighton

We recently sold our home in Brighton East and selected Andrew Campbell from Buxton Brighton to do the job. From the outset, Andrew and his team (Ben and Andrea) were professional and extremely hard working to ensure every detail was covered. Andrew supported us with contacts and logistics in organising painters, builders (for the difficult to organise small but important jobs) and rental furniture styling. The sale process was well organised from the first open, all the way to the auction. We were kept informed throughout the campaign of as much (or as little) detail and information as we wanted. The last week prior to the auction was business as usual with the pre-auction meeting being based around fact rather than opinion. David Hart (our auctioneer) was very direct, professional and honest...all you need and want from an auctioneer. The day of the auction went ahead without any changes from our pre-auction meeting and the house sold in line with our discussions and expectations. A great sale result, superb campaign, and all thanks to having the best team in Brighton represent our property.
