The challenging made easy....
It would usually be a challenge to sell a Melbourne property remotely, in our case from the UK. Cayzer, and Jason in particular, made it an easy and straightforward experience. There was no nonsense, expectations on both sides were clear and communications were excellent. Jason's advice throughout was well considered, and he managed to achieve our asking price. I would certainly recommend their services.

Fabulous outcome
Jordan and Brock did a fantastic job. They perservered to get my price. Amazingly they got me an extra 90K during a very intensive 30 minutes of negotiation. My only criticism is regarding Brooks appearance- he needs to look a bit smarter, my friends who attended thought he looked a bit scruffy, as though he had slept in his jacket! Both guys did a great job and are truly lovely men! I'm very happy and hope they can help me find my next home - love to put my business Cayzers way. Thanks.
