You wouldn’t trust a chippy to do your plumbing. I put my trust in the experts at Buxton Chelsea and my trust was not misplaced. From regular and detailed maintenance reports to finding the right tenant at the right time, Buxton Chelsea helped secure my future. They took the stress out of navigating a process I had no expertise with at a time I was least able manage it myself. If you’re seeking professionalism, security and peace of mind don’t think twice think once. Thank you Buxton Chelsea.

After self-managing for years I entrusted finding new tenants for my property with Buxton Cheksea...and on-going management. I had a tenant within a week and was communicated with throughout the process, re OFS results plus compliance & maintenance tasks and appropriate personnel to follow through. I highly recommend this efficient team.

What a smooth experience renting our house out with Buxton Chelsea! From the first meeting Tanya and Briana made us feel comfortable and understood, we knew they appreciated and would take care of our home. They were positive and professional, scheduling opens, giving advice and sharing feedback with us. We recieved reports after every open and had ongoing communication with Tanya. Our house rented out quickly and we are happy and appreciative of the great work from Tanya, Briana and the Buxton team!

The agents are always proactive, helpful, competent and professional. We dealt with Buxton Chelsea property management& sale. We have been extremely happy with the sales team, especially Daniel Wright who has been responsive and outstanding agent for 20 years we have known him.

This was my first dealing with Buxton and it was fantastic. Tayna had the place photographed, advertised, had one open and leased all within two weeks. I have had investment properties for over 15yrs and this was by far the easiest deal done.
