We are so happy with our experience with Jo. She is one of the best if not the best real estate agent in Chelsea across the board. She has great knowledge of the market and loads of experience to back it all up. Jo did not at any stage over inflate or lower our expectations. From the outset she was upfront and straight with us. She helped us identify strengths and weaknesses that helped us get the the best possible price for our home. Jo was always available to take calls and was very prompt in responding to any of our texts and emails. She followed up with all potential buyers' queries straight away and multiple times to establish reliable feedback for us on who was serious about the property and who was not so interested. Jo is also not a 9 to 5 person either, she frequently worked late into the evening, generating reports for us on how everything was going. 10/10 for Jo - thank you very much.
