What's your personal connection to the neighbourhood? I grew up along the bay, attending local schools in Bonbeach and playing footy and basketball for clubs in Bonbeach and Chelsea. My first jobs were also local, including a paper round for Chelsea Newsagency, so building my career here felt like a natural extension of the community I have always called home. I take the time to listen, understand what matters most and create an environment where people feel comfortable, supported and never rushed. What are some core values you live by? I believe in serving people through property and treating others the way I would want to be treated. How has your career led you to the role you're in today? I started in real estate in 1998 as a sales cadet, learning the importance of hard work, consistency and building strong relationships. Over time, I progressed into sales, purchased the business and later joined Buxton, aligning with a brand that reflects our values, systems and commitment to exceptional results.
