Five stars is honestly not enough

James originally showed me through a property when I was researching both buying and selling. I was still deciding which agent I would use for my sale. In the end I chose James because I found him to be genuine and honest, which is really important to me when dealing with people in real estate. During the sale process James and his team were so efficient, getting my house on the market quickly with a really effective marketing package. He could not have been more hard working, easy to contact and able to work around my busy schedule. As he lives in my local community he was incredibly knowledgeable about local issues. Even after my home was sold he offered to help me negotiate my own new home purchase and gave me invaluable advice. He went above and beyond. He is also delightful, friendly and always professional.
