Nathan dealt with the sale of our property with the highest scale of professionalism. He made us feel like we were his no. 1 customers and we felt comfortable in his and Jessica's hands. We were given a timetable for our open for inspections and if there were any extra we were given plenty of notice. I don't think we could have been given any better support through what was to us a very emotional time after having been in our house for over 25 years. We were extremely happy with the end result which saw us get a record price for our area, well over the reserve.

I found my entire experience working with Nathan and Jess from Buxton RE Dingley Village to be incredibly positive. As a Buyers Advocate for Buyers Home Base, covering all of Melbourne, I run across hundreds of Agents each week. They are not all good. They do not all work for their Sellers. Some disclose EVERYTHING I need to steal a property from their Sellers - as I am working to get the best deal for my Buyers. What was refreshing for me and impressive, was Nathans ability to work for his Sellers best interests, whilst still being open, honest and transparent with me. The transaction was seamless, smooth and fair. That is how it should be in Real Estate....but usually it is not. I would highly recommend Nathan to any Sellers wanting to sell their home. Having puchased a develpoment site from a third party and with little personal local knowledge I needed an agent who would be compentant in taking the project to market.
