Michal and the Buxton team (including Sophia Karras) are the dream team.
It was a great experience buying from Michal as he was always there to assist throughout the process. Prior to buying he quickly followed up on any questions we had about the property and quickly arranged a time for our Building Inspection to be done. After purchase we was easy to work with regarding paperwork and the settlement. He was also very kind to our two young girls and knows the area really well. Highly recommend!

Professional, Knowledgeable & Honest
Steve & the Team at Buxton's went above and beyond to achieve a remarkable sale result for our home. Their knowledge of the area was excellent, knowing what buyers wanted and assisting us with what we needed to do to get our home of 26 years ready to sell. They supported us all the way through the process, from initial meeting & reviewing the property, to checking in to ensure we were on track to get things completed before launching on the market. They had a great group of trades that assisted us, that were reasonably priced and the staging that we invested in, certainly assisted with making our property look at its best. During the campaign, again the communication was second to none, ensuring we were aware of what occurred with every open house and any further follow up by potential buyers. We were extremely calm and felt confident that our home would sell within the range we agreed to. Due to their dedication and hard work, we sold before auction above our expectations. Even once contracts were signed and on the way to settlement, again communication was utmost on their minds, checking in constantly to ensure we understood the processes thoroughly. We cannot recommend Steve enough, he is honest, a wealth of knowledge in all areas of real estate and ensures expectations are met and not overstated. He has an incredible team behind him, can't thank Amelia enough for all her hard work and again keeping in contact and arranging things to run smoothly.
